Personal Year 7 invites you to turn down the external noise and go deeper. It is also a spiritual feedback year, when feedback comes less through external results and more through questions, insight, intuition and inner change. What no longer feels aligned may become much clearer. This is a year to study, reflect, investigate and recalibrate your direction from a deeper level of understanding.
When does Personal Year 7 start?
Your Personal Year turns over on your birthday, not on 1 January.
- Write down your day and month of birth.
- Add every digit of the day, the month and the current year.
- Reduce the total to one digit. 11 and 22 stay master numbers and read as 2 and 4 in the cycle.
For example, someone born on 14 January: 1+4+1+2+0+2+6 = 16, 1+6 = 7. From their birthday in 2026 until their birthday in 2027 they are in Personal Year 7.

Inside the year, each month carries its own Qode: the number of the year plus the calendar month.
