Personal Year 1 opens a new nine year cycle. It is a time to begin, choose a direction, take initiative and move things forward. New ideas may enter the picture, but this Qode asks you not only to think about them, but to take the first step. The more ownership you take of your direction, the stronger the foundation you create for the years ahead.
When does Personal Year 1 start?
Your Personal Year turns over on your birthday, not on 1 January.
- Write down your day and month of birth.
- Add every digit of the day, the month and the current year.
- Reduce the total to one digit. 11 and 22 stay master numbers and read as 2 and 4 in the cycle.
For example, someone born on 8 January: 8+1+2+0+2+6 = 19, 1+9 = 10, 1+0 = 1. From their birthday in 2026 until their birthday in 2027 they are in Personal Year 1.
The months of Personal Year 1
Inside the year, each month carries its own Qode: the number of the year plus the calendar month.
